United Facilities is a dynamic and innovative support and service company based in London offering exceptional quality of services, reliability and exemplary customer care. Our operation and portfolio of clients have continuously expanded incorporating organisations in both the private and public sectors.
Our cleaning range makes an essential part of our growth and market share providing tailor-made cleaning services to proprietors across the UK and excellent customer support before and after our visitation.
United Facilities began trading at the end of 2010 providing cleaning services to landlords in London. End-of-tenancy cleaning, as well as removal and repair services, were the core of the business and the following expansion into the student accommodation market, the business grew and soon United Facilities were maintaining over a hundreds properties on an annual basis.
In 2010, following the collapse of the property market, United Facilities realised that to ensure the continuous and sustainable growth of the business there was a need to expand their service cleaning provision capability.
To accomplish this, United Facilities started the after builders sparkle clean division achieving great results performing after builders cleans around London, Surrey and Kent. United Facilities also expanded into other areas such as domestic cleans and commercial kitchen cleaning to become one of the main providers in the London, Surrey and Kent working with many major building contractors and blue-chip clients.
To identify further growth opportunities, a strategic plan was developed to target areas where United Facilities could supply additional services which would add value to the client proposition. The facilities and maintenance division was created in 2011 when United Facilities spotted an opportunity to continue services once the project was complete.
We are now one of the fastest-growing facilities, cleaning and maintenance companies in London and the South of England offering services to residential and commercial sites across a wide range of business sectors.
In early 2012, United Facilities started having support from Business Link to understand the best accreditations that would enhance our operation and therefore add more value to our client base.
United Facilities achieved ISO 9001 in 2012 and today, are investing in more staff training and gaining new markets.
United Facilities are looking to further enhance their position in London by looking at a variety of initiatives which will increase market presence and lead to continued success.
